Abstract
We present the case of an adrenal incidentaloma of considerable size w hich turned out to be a stomach-like diverticular mass, probably a mal formation arising from the embryonic foregut. We discuss whether resul ts possibly obtained by extensive and costly investigative techniques would have changed the management.
