Abstract
This paper describes a method for generating separate tomographic imag es of the conductivity and permittivity distributions within a region of interest. The method uses single frequency phase and amplitude meas urements of peripheral voltage differences caused by electromagnetical ly induced internal current patterns. The basis of the separation tech nique is described and images constructed from simulated and measured data from a two-dimensional phantom are presented to demonstrate the s eparation process.
