Abstract
Multiobjective versions of the weak dual theorems for the nondifferent iable static programming problems treated earlier by Mend and Smart ha ve been obtained. These are given here under invexity type of assumpti ons. Later in the sequel we introduce some fractional programming prob lems and derive a weak duality result for such programs.
