We calculate the O(alpha(s)(2) beta(0)) corrections to the decay rate
b-->c(c) over bars$. For resonable values of m(c)/m(b) this term is of
the same order as both the one-loop and O(alpha(s)(2)ln(2)m(w)/m(b))
corrections to the decay rate. For m(c)/m(b) = 0.3 the O(alpha(s)(2) b
eta(0)) corrections enhance the rate by similar to 18%. We also discus
s the O(alpha(s)(2) beta(0)) corrections to b--><c tau(nu)over bar (ta
u)>, the B semileptonic branching fraction, and the charm multiplicity
