Abstract
Pelvic fibromatosis was found in a 26-year-old patient who was operate d on for a possible uterine myoma. The histopathological diagnosis rev ealed an idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis. A second operation was p erformed in order to complete the exeresis of the mass. Immunohistoche mical techniques backed the initial diagnosis of pelvic fibromatosis.
