Abstract
A 51 year old female, suffering from hoarseness and cough, underwent f iberoptic bronchoscopy. Endoscopic examination revealed widespread swo llen, oedematous arytenoid with infiltrative and nodular lesions. Biop sy revealed sarcoid granulomas. Prednisone treatment resulted in sympt om resolution and lesion regression.
