The spin-dipole resonances in B-12 have been studied with the charge-e
xchange reaction C-12(C-12,N-12)B-12 at EIA = 135 MeV, which has the s
tringent selectivity of Delta S = 1 and Delta T = 1 excitation. The di
fferential cross sections for the states around E(x) = 4.5 MeV and 7.5
MeV were well described by the microscopic DWBA calculation. The spin
-dipole strength concentrated around E(x) = 7.5 MeV was found to be do
minated by J(pi) = 2(-).
