Mj. Mooney et al., CORONARY FLOW IN A PROSTHETIC AORTOCORONARY BYPASS GRAFT - FIRST REPORT OF POSSIS PERMA-FLOW(R) GRAFT PHYSIOLOGY IN A PATIENT, Catheterization and cardiovascular diagnosis, 40(3), 1997, pp. 315-318
The coronary physiology of a prosthetic Perma-Flow(R) coronary bypass
graft conduit is demonstrated in the first patient at I-yr follow-up.
Coronary blood flow velocity was measured in the body of the graft and
into the side-to-side anastomosis to the first diagonal branch. This
case report demonstrates the first information on the coronary and pro
sthetic graft flow in a patient with atherosclerotic coronary disease.
