Angiosarcoma is a rare, highly malignant soft tissue sarcoma that some
times occurs in the breast as a late sequela of treatment for breast c

ccurred 6 years after breast conservation therapy. Simple mastectomy w
as performed; however, rapid chest wall recurrence of angiosarcoma ens
ued. After salvage therapy with combined radiotherapy and hyperthermia
, the patient has been disease-free for more than 3 years.
