Abstract
A unique neurosarcoma was observed located in the Treitz' fossa. Such tumours are usually occur in Rechlinghausent's disease and are excepti on in isolated situations. Diagnosis is difficult and requires a small bowel study. Surgical exeresis is the only treatment.
