Gp. Ignateva et Vy. Abramov, KINETICS OF NONSTATIONARY EXTRACTION OF A TARGET COMPONENT FROM POROUS PARTICLES OF ALUMINATE CAKE, Russian journal of applied chemistry, 66(3), 1993, pp. 560-562
The results of a theoretical study of the kinetics of nonstationary so
dium aluminate extraction from porous aluminate cake particles are pre
sented. Computer calculations were made for a pulse columnar apparatus
with a dense moving layer of solid particles as an approximation of a
physical model of an elementary mass exchange cell. The results of th
e calculations allow one to estimate the main regularities which chara
cterize the influence of the time of a pulsation on the kinetics of po
rous particle extraction. An optimum pulsing regime for the apparatus
was determined.
