Abstract
Ectopic ureter is a rare and obscure condition that affects both sexes . During the last decade we treated three children, all females, among 1,720 patients with urological disorders. They presented with dribbli ng and urinary tract infections. The ectopic ureter was draining a sin gle pyelocalyceal system in two cases and the upper pole of a duplex k idney in the third. All patients were successfully operated upon and d id well.
