Abstract
Infection with eastern equine encephalomyelitis virus can cause major financial losses to swine producers. During epizootics of eastern equi ne encephalomyelitis, infection should be considered in the differenti al diagnosis in swine with signs of CNS disease or histologic lesions of encephalitis and myocarditis.
