Abstract
Two layers of fascia exist in the temporal region, the temporoparietal fascia and the deep temporal fascia. Both can be elevated on a single vascular pedicle based on the superficial temporal artery, the double -layered temporal fascia flap. In our study, six patients who underwen t upper limb coverage using the double-layered temporal fascia flap ar e reviewed, and the versatility of this thin flap is discussed.
