Abstract
A method was developed for determining the kinetics of overall metal c orrosion for the following systems: 12Kh18N10T (chromium-nickel-titani um stainless steel)/1 M HCl, Fe/0.5 M H2SO(phi) Ni/0.5 M H2SO(phi) Fe/ 0.5 M K2SO(phi) and Zn/1 M KOH. Corrosion rates determined by weight l oss and polarization were in good agreement.
