Abstract
No significant differences in mean values of heart rate variability in dices were observed in patients with ischemic heart disease and differ ent results of treatment with traditional antianginal drugs. However p atients with favourable pharmacotherapeutic effect had higher correlat ion between these indices. It was suggested that in patients with isch emic heart disease the degree of synchronisation of the heart rate var iability indices can be used for prediction of efficacy of antianginal drugs.
