Abstract
In the absence of neurofibromatosis, vestibular schwannomas (acoustic neuromas) are rarely found in children. We report a case of a 13-year- old boy who presented with unilateral vestibular schwannoma 11 years a fter resection of an orbital rhabdomyosarcoma. The coincidence of thes e tumors has not been previously reported.
