Abstract
The authors report a case of a growing fracture of the skull in an eld erly woman who remained asymptomatic for over 6 decades and presented at the age of 62 years with symptoms akin to the syndrome of the treph ined. Successful duraplasty and cranioplasty were done with disappeara nce of all symptoms. A brief review of the relevant literature is also presented.
