Abstract
The electronic chemical potential (mu) has been evaluated for selected elements in the temperature range of 1500-4000 K. Evaluation is perfo rmed treating the electrons as a collection of fermions requiring the use of Fermi-Dirac statistics, rather than the more familiar Boltzmann distribution.
