Phosphomonoesterase activity of 25 streptomycin-, rifampicin-, acid er
ythromycin-resistant strains of Bacillus intermedius was investigated.
A group of strains with an elevated level of enzyme secretion was sel
ected and the conditions providing for the maximal yield of phosphatas
e in the culture, liquid were established.
