Abstract
Titanium supported nickel-zinc coatings of variable composition have b een prepared by electrochemical codeposition under potentiostatic cont rol to study their corrosion behaviour in sodium chloride solutions. T hickness of the alloy coatings have been estimated assuming complete a bsence of undesirable electrochemical activity. Current-voltage measur ements have also been carried out for the construction of Tafel plots to determine the exchange current density and corrosion rates.
