Abstract
The development of measuring technique in the world has received a pow erful stimulus in the past decade because of the development of the te chnology of integrated sensing elements. The use of integrated strain gauges in pressure transducers has made it possible to make them subst antially smaller and less expensive while maintaining a high accuracy of measurement. Integrated transducers of various kinds are considered .
