CARDIORESPIRATORY DISTURBANCES IN ATRIOVE NTRICULAR BLOCKS

The paper covers questions of the emergence and progressing of cardior espiratory disturbances in coronary patients with defective atrioventr icular conduction. The authors characterize central and peripheral hem odynamics in the above patients, diastolic ventricular filling, extern al respiration, the disturbances of which were studied in correlation with hemodynamic features and lipid peroxidation. The patients were ex amined for effects on their cardiorespiratory system of cardioselectiv e beta-blockers, adrenomimetics, antioxidants, membrane stabilizers.
