R. Garciadomenech et al., MOLECULAR CONNECTIVITY TO FIND BETA-BLOCKERS WITH LOW TOXICITY, Bioorganic & medicinal chemistry letters, 7(5), 1997, pp. 567-572
Molecular connectivity has been used to find new beta-blocker drugs us
ing linear discriminant analysis and connectivity functions with diffe
rent topological descriptors. Among the selected compounds stands out
the probucol and the beta-carotene. Both of them interact with beta ad
renoceptors. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
