Abstract
Molecular connectivity has been used to find new beta-blocker drugs us ing linear discriminant analysis and connectivity functions with diffe rent topological descriptors. Among the selected compounds stands out the probucol and the beta-carotene. Both of them interact with beta ad renoceptors. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
