Abstract
We present a geometrical gravitational theory which reduces to Einstei n's theory for weak gravitational potentials and which has a singulari ty-free analog of the Schwarzschild metric. Unlike Einstein's theory, there are no trapped surfaces in the spacetime, therefore, our theory does not have Black Holes.
