Abstract
A molecular model based on 5-alkoxyisophthalic acid and bifunctional a romatic bases for developing supramolecular structures is described; t he molecular self-assembly of the title compounds in the crystal latti ce and its modification with added diamines is characterised by single crystal analyses.
