Abstract
Given the paradigm shift to patient-focused care, the Patient-Driven I nterdisciplinary Care Plan is the next, natural evolutionary step for the healthcare industry. The plan, based on four underlying principles , is presented, along with preliminary impressions of staff members an d patients on one pilot unit.
