Abstract
The deformation-strength and relaxation properties of aromatic polyket ones were studied on block samples obtained by hydroextrusion and pres sure casting. The plastic deformation during hydroextrusion was found to improve the mechanical properties of polyketones. The greatest effe ct was observed in a polymer that experienced a structural transition from amorphous to partly crystalline modification during deformation.
