Using vibration analysis methods, the dynamic mechanical properties of
space materials at low temperatures (from 4.2 to 300 K) are studied i
n this paper. System identification techniques in the time domain are
used to identify the dynamic parameters of the space materials Ti-5Al-
2.5Sn extra-low-interstitial (ELI) alloy and Al-2.5Li-1.3Cu-0.9Mg-0.13
Zr (Al-Li) alloy. The dynamic Young's moduli of these materials ate ca
