Abstract
The range of standard samples of iron, manganese, and chromium ores, w hich can ensure the control of correctness of their analysis in agreem ent with the technical specifications for production and the standards for the methods of chemical analysis was developed. The certified cha racteristics were established by interlaboratory experiments using the results of not less than 10-12 analytical laboratories. Special featu res of chemical analysis of the certified components of standardized s amples of iron-ore materials and ferro-alloys are presented.
