Abstract
Four new 3-alkylthiazol-2-ylidenaminodichlorophosphines (3) have been prepared from the reaction of phosphorus trichloride with the correspo nding 3-alkyl-2-aminothiazolium bromides (2) in the presence of trieth ylamine. The products have been characterized on the basis of NMR stud ies.
