Abstract
The synthesis of new derivatives of isoxazole(3-8) and new derivatives of isoxazolo[4,3-d]pyridine(9-15) is described. The anticonvulsant an d anxiolytic activity of some isoxazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives w as tested in a preliminary screening.
