Si. Ryabov et Va. Dobronravov, PROGRESSION RATES OF CHRONIC GLOMERULONEP HRITIS IN PREAZOTEMIA PERIOD IN REGARD TO ITS VARIOUS MORPHOLOGICAL FORMS, Terapevticeskij arhiv, 66(6), 1994, pp. 15-18
The multivariate analysis of overall clinicomorphological symptoms in
121 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) allowed formulation
of independent prognostic factors indicative of the time to chronic r
enal failure. Similar for diverse morphological CGN forms prognostic c
haractors are those of CGN aggravation frequency, arterial hypertensio
n, serum creatinine concentration, the pattern of tubulointerstitial c
hanges at 'the time of renal biopsy. The speed of CGN morphological va
riants is approximately the same in similar expression of prognostical
ly significant characters.
