Abstract
A model of an ''overhead wire - multilayered earth'' line is proposed in which a plane multilayered earth is replaced by a multilayered cyli ndrical wire with a radius equal to the depth of penetration of a cyli ndrical electromagnetic field into a multilayered wire.
