Abstract
We compared two commercial methods with a time-resolved immunofluorime tric assay for alpha-foetoprotein in human serum using the europium co mplex of sulphophenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline-2,9-dicarboxylic acid as la bel. The correlation coefficients were r(1) = 0.94 and r(2) = 0.96.
