Abstract
Motor activity of C57Bl/6 mice is found to be decreased following syng eneic transfer to them of splenocytes from mice with an MPTP-induced p arkinsonian syndrome. The decrease in motor activity does not result f rom the transfer of MPTP and is apparently associated with the transfe r of B lymphocytes and with antibody production by these cells.
