Abstract
Intraarterial injection of 1, 2, and 3 mg/kg No-spa is shown to cause a dose-independent dilation of arterioles, averaging 27.4% in the cont rol animals, On day 6 postirradiation the dilative responses of arteri oles drop to 21.1% (p<0.05), which is due to suppression of the myogen ic tone of the microvessels.
