Abstract
Feasibility was studied for the preparation of powders by cryogenic me chanical fragmentation of granulated low-melting polyesters produced a t the Industrial Association ''Khimovolokno''. It was shown that such technology, combined with air classification, can produce powders with the size distribution required for deposition on a fabric base as a m elt adhesive in the production of liner materials used in clothing man ufacture.
