Abstract
Results of 41 total shoulder replacements are presented. Resectioninte rpositionarthroplasty is a very problematic procedure in bone destruct ive diseases. Follow ups with sonographic examinations discredited the value of muscle reconstructions of the rotator cuff. The MVS-System i s an alternative for weak muscle and boneformations. First results wit h this system are presented.
