We present two possibilities for the internal structure of a charged b
lack hole in which we take into account the hypothesis that the curvat
ure is bounded. In the first model we match the de Sitter spacetime wi
th the external Reisner-Nordstrom solution at a null junction surface
that represents a short transition layer placed at the Cauchy horizon.
In the second model, we describe the black hole evaporation using a p
air of non-stationary null shells.
