Abstract
Lectotypes are designated for 44 species, and holotypes are identified for 13 species, of Hylaeus(Nesoprosopis) that were described by T. Bl ackburn. W. F. Kirby, R. C. L. Perkins, F. Smith and P. H. Timberlake during the period 1853-1926. The types are located in The Natural Hist ory Museum, London, and Bernice P. Bishop Museum, Honolulu.
