Abstract
An electrothermal method is considered for monitoring quality in thin metal coatings (1-200 mum) on insulators, which is based on combining electrocontact and thermal methods and which enables one to perform se parate monitoring on the thickness and conductivity, which is difficul t to do by other methods.
