S. Benyehuda et al., LABORATORY EVALUATION OF MICROBIAL PESTICIDES AGAINST THE HONEYDEW MOTH, Insect science and its application, 14(5-6), 1993, pp. 627-630
In laboratory assays, two Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki prepara
tions, HD-263a WP and HD-263c WP, were highly effective against larvae
of the honeydew moth, Cryptoblabes gnidiella Milliere (Lepidoptera: P
yralidae), especially against the first and second instars. Both prepa
rations were more effective than Dipel(R) Wp at Most concentrations te
sted. Two viral preparations, AcMNPV and Amorbia cuneana NPV, were ine
ffective.
