Abstract
Intersubband resonance line shapes near sublevel crossing in asymmetri c coupled double quantum wells are analyzed including the depolarizati on effect. Obtained results show that in the weakly tunneling system t he sublevels-anticrossing effects occur at the depolarization-shifted intersubband energy. (C) 1994 American Institute of Physics.
