Abstract
The impact of participation in a cultural awareness program on the rac ial attitudes and social behaviors of racially diverse college student s was investigated. Results suggest that race may account for more dif ferences in racial attitudes and social behaviors than sensitivity tra ining and, moreover, students may drop out of similar programs without proper incentives.
