Abstract
We report a case of fetal hydrocephalus secondary to a third ventricle choroid plexus papilloma detected by ultrasound at 33 weeks' gestatio n. The prenatal sonographic and colour flow Doppler findings of this r are fetal intracranial tumour are discussed.
