WAVE-FUNCTION SENSITIVITY IN QUANTUM COLLISION-THEORY

We consider the sensitivity of the multichannel scattering wavefunctio n to the variation of input parameters including those that persist as ymptotically. The effect is to generalize work by Hwang and Rabitz, an d we examine in an appendix to the paper the relationship of our basic result to the corresponding expression of Hwang and Rabitz.
