Abstract
The false channel of a type III aortic dissection caused acute renal i schemia by compression of the origin of the left renal artery in a pat ient with status post-right nephrectomy. To relieve the ischemia and r estore renal function, percutaneous balloon fenestration was per forme d successfully.
