Abstract
Tissue microcirculation above the area of hip joint projection was inv estigated by Xe-133 clearance from the tissue depot and laser-Doppler- flowmetry in 38 rheumatoid arthritis patients with complicating asepti c necrosis in 69 heads of the femur. The methods proved reliable in di agnosis of the above microcirculatory disorders and in staging osteone crosis. Combined use of the procedures was found effective in detectio n of early circulatory disorders and early aseptic necrosis.
