Abstract
We describe three cases of plexiform xanthomatous tumor in middle-aged men. The tumors shared some morphological features with xanthoma, cho lesterotic fibrous histiocytoma, and plexiform fibrohistiocytic tumor. However, no hyperlipoproteinemia was found in our cases, and many mor phological features distinguish the plexiform xanthomatous tumor from all the other entities.
